Mobility Rule
You can not apply to a country in which you have lived (residence) or carried out your main activity (work, studies, etc.) for more than 12 months in the 36 months before the date of the deadline of the application (February 26, 2026).
The country of main activity is not only where you have physically based but also the country of the institution for which the main activity was performed. For example, if you did a master in Spain and another master remotely in France for more than 12 months in the 36 last months, you need to comply with the mobility rule in both countries, and you can not apply neither for Spain nor France.
In the required documentation for apply, you must present official documents probing that you accomplish with the mobility rule.
